Town and Country RV is currently seeking a highly motivated Service Manager to join our team.
Town and Country RV Offers:
-Competitive Compensation (Determined based on experience and qualifications) -Yearly Contribution into a Simple IRA account (after two years with company) -Health Insurance (Premium 100% paid along with $1,000 yearly contribution into an HSA account) -Two weeks of vacation time yearly -Paid Holidays off Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the parts and service department - Manage a team of service advisors, parts advisors, and technicians - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction - Schedule and prioritize service appointments including the coordination of our bi-weekly campground service schedule - Write accurate service orders and estimates - Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts - Assist customers in over the counter parts transactions on a limited basis - Monitor and track progress of RV repairs and proactively update customers on the status of their RV's repairs -Close out work orders timely and efficiently with the proper billing codes for each job line.
-File warranty pre-authorization and bill out warranty directly to our manufactures on a limited basis - Maintain a clean and organized service area Requirements:
-Must be a highly motivated individual that is looking for a career, not just a job.
- Previous experience in a service management field -Willingness to develop a thorough knowledge of RV's which may include participation in off-site service trainings from time to time.
- Willingness to work some scheduled Saturdays - Ability to communicate effectively with customers in a way that is direct, yet friendly, courteous, and empathetic to their needs -Must be a problem solver, willing to see issues all the way through to the end -Ability to keep up in a fast paced environment - Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks - Proficient in using computer software for service writing and scheduling Job Type:
