Qualifications:
High School Diploma (or equivalent), Valid Ohio Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record; Valid Auto Insurance, Willing to obtain and maintain Department of Developmental Disabilities required training and First Aid/CPR.

attitude within all areas of external/internal interaction.

PAY RATE:
20 hours per week Starts at $11.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Provide vocational skill development services to persons who have developmental disabilities.
Supervise consumers and motivate them to meet their production goals and interests.
Monitor behavioral needs and offer supports when necessary.
Maintain consumer's production and time sheet records, safety, unusual incident documentation, and other record keeping and reporting procedures.
Ensure high quality assurance standards for all assembled parts and contracted work.
Record and package parts per specifications.
Assist in the inspection of assigned production areas.
Report needed maintenance of all program equipment or facilities.
Assist in the organization of incoming and outgoing materials in order to maintain the workflow through proper utilization of storage space in the facility.
Promote positive public relations towards individuals with developmental disabilities.
Perform other duties as required.
Essential Functions:
Operation of computer, phone, and office equipment for business/service.
Communication Skills.
Operate motor vehicle, hand cart, scales, small hand tools.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
