- Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery - Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems - Analyze equipment performance and make recommendations for improvements - Fabricate parts as needed to repair or improve equipment - Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers - Perform field service work as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an industrial electrician or maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment - Experience with both low voltage (24VDC) and high voltage (480VAC) electrical systems - Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Familiarity with military specifications and standards is a plus - Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel - Ability to fabricate parts using various tools and equipment - Must be able to work independently or as part of a team We offer competitive pay, benefits package, and opportunities for career advancement.
